Footwear Design Director for Anta-Kids
(I)Job Responsibilities:
崗位職責(zé):
1、Responsible for the market research, analysis and the report preparation based on the FTW business plan, making sure the research report is comprehensive and accurate.
根據(jù)公司鞋業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,調(diào)查、分析市場(chǎng)狀況,并撰寫(xiě)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告,確保調(diào)查報(bào)告的全面性和準(zhǔn)確性。
2、 Responsible for proposing the product creative idea, participating in the product planning, and providing product information of the relevant market including the design needs in order to meet the needs of business development.
根據(jù)公司的鞋產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,提出產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)意,參與產(chǎn)品策劃,并提出相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品材料、設(shè)計(jì)需求,滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要。
3、Responsible for setting the direction of category design, integrating the product design language, providing product drawings to meet the standards of design plan as well as confirming the sample product.
根據(jù)確定的策劃方案,制定品類設(shè)計(jì)方向,整合產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言,設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品圖稿,滿足方案的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求并對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。
4、Responsible for providing technical department with the tech specifications of FTW, and participating in the sample review process.
帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成季度鞋工藝技術(shù)包提交給技術(shù)部門(mén),參與樣品修改評(píng)審。
5、Responsible for reviewing the feasibility of product design from design perspective based on the product plan, making sure the product design is both creative and cost effective.
根據(jù)企劃方案,從設(shè)計(jì)角度評(píng)估產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的可行性,確保產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新合理有效地控制成本。
6、Responsible for FTW team management by planning talent development.
管理團(tuán)隊(duì),制定所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)鞋設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的人才發(fā)展與。
(II)Qualifications
任職資格:
1、Degree of Bachelor or above, majoring in industrial design, or product design or art design
本科及以上學(xué)歷,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、Over 10 years of FTW design experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
10年以上鞋類設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中5年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、In-depth knowledge of FTW industry, functions of sports footwear, including color, fabric, design as well as the design software applications. He/she should have deep understanding of the technical functions. In addition to that, the candidate must be an excellent footwear designer, particularly in the lifestyle category, and it will be a plus if he/she has the different category design experience.
精通鞋行業(yè)、運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋的產(chǎn)品功能、色彩及面料、設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)軟件知識(shí),對(duì)科技功能有深刻的理解。人選應(yīng)具備優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)能力,特別是在生活類鞋品的設(shè)計(jì);如果擁有不同鞋品類的設(shè)計(jì)能力更佳。
4、Excellent creative capability and mindset of customer orientation.
具備優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意能力、消費(fèi)者導(dǎo)向意識(shí)。
5、Good strategic thinking and excellent in cross-function coordination and decision making capabilities.
具備戰(zhàn)略性思維、良好的跨部門(mén)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和決策能力。
6、More than 5 years of experience in children's footwear design in international brands is preferred
